Decisions to make?

    Hi guys,

I am lucky enough to receive offers from 3 of big4 firms, Deloitte, EY, and PwC. I have visited all their offices in the same city, and love each and every one of the offices there. Now it comes to make the decision, the pay and benefits are nearly identical. All other things, e.g. training, time-off, etc. are also equally good. I enjoyed interacting with the people in all the offices, it is so difficult for me now to take one offer not the other two. I know I sound so cliche. Please give me some of your thoughts / ideas / suggestions / recommendation as to which one could you pick? Thank you very much!

Are they all for the same positions? Honestly. if all else is the same, it is going to come down to one of two things:

    a) Clients/industries in your market – Do you know what types of clients you're interested in working on, and which of those offices has a bigger share of that in your area?

    or

    b) Some minute detail. Maybe PwC's healthcare plan is $10 less than EY or Deloitte per month, for example? Maybe that EY office has a gym on site? Something tangible that all other things exactly the same would help one stand out from the other.

In the end, it is all about the experience and resume building, and you're going to get that at all three.

    REG - 87 (Becker)
    AUD - 96 (Becker & Ninja MCQs)
FAR - 85 (Becker, Ninja MCQs, Audio and Blitz)
BEC - Last one! Waiting on score release 11/24!

Remember: a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step

Thank you for offering your input. The offers are all for the same position, some service line. In my area, those 3 firms share very similar market share. Each of the firms has some big named clients and is serving almost all industries here. You are exactly right, by the end of day, I would get the experience and resume building from any one of the three. I still have a grace period to make the decision. This is just as difficult as taking the CPA exam lol.
