CPA exam done before first day.

    Within the big 4, do most people already have the entire CPA exam complete before their first day or are most still working on it?

    AUD - 72,(Retake 8/14)
    FAR - 81
    BEC - 80
    REG - TBA (Scheduled 7/15)

    most are working on it – they don't even need to be certified until they reach Manager level..

    I bet it's a mixed bag. I havnt started yet but I'm done. I also have two friends who've finished in the last couple weeks.

    I think, it definitely helps. You would be able to focus on work more, will have more time to socialize with your coworkers, or spent quality time with your family. I am starting soon, but only have one section done, so have no idea how studying will fit into the schedule.
