Hi!

I have a question about the big 4 background check process. I got an offer for entry level position. I listed a job experience that is not an accounting position on my resume. I heard that the 3 party will do the background check and am wondering what kinds of questions they will ask to the company that I had worked previously. I’m worried because I worked there a few years ago and don’t keep in touch with anyone there.. Is it okay to put the HR contact info into the background check form? Does anyone know what kinds of questions they will ask? Thank you in advance for your help!

last i heard they dont really ask any specific questions other than did this person work here from these dates and at these titles. I think there might be laws about what former employers can say so most prospective employers know to not really ask those questions.

Thank you for your reply! I'm relieved.. I saw somewhere a long list of questions to be asked for the background check so I was worried about this. If anyone went through the process for entry level position, please share with me. Thanks!
