I’m going to be interviewing with a Big 4 firm for a Winter 2015 full-time associate position, but I’m not exactly sure what the recruiter meant by “Winter 2015.” Does this mean a start date of January 2015, or December 2015?

January for me as well. No indication of the exact date but the recruiter mentioned the firm is closed for the holiday so I will start the first day they have re-opened. My guess is that will be Monday the 5th.
