I had a phone screen interview with KPMG a few days ago. How long should I expect to wait to hear from them regarding the second round interview? Usually how many people or percentage can go to second round?

No, Big4s usually hire based on the anticipated need, i.e. how many people they expect to need next fiscal year. Entry level positions and internships for the summer are usually filled in the fall (i.e., people starting in June 2017 were interviewed in September-October 2016). Experienced hires are interviewed year-round depending on the needs of a particular office/group. Groups like M&A are less affected by the compliance cycle and can be looking to hire experienced people at any time during the year.
