Anyone have an idea of when you get the bonus? Like if we pass all 4 parts before our start date, do we get the bonus right away on our first paycheck or do you have to wait until you’re with the firm for a certain amount of time? Thanks!

@Hank – in my offer letter it says you have to fill out a form proving you've passed to get the bonus. Same with CPA exam fee reimbursement, and you have to have worked there for a month before they pay back your exam fees. I think the month rule applies for the passing bonus as well.

I anticipate passing all four sections before I start, but my state requires one year of experience before license is issued. Would I get the CPA bonus right when I start, or when the license is issued a year later?

I imagine you get it when you pass. Your offer letter/benefits package should include a paragraph on this if you still have it lying around.
