I work in a city in Texas and I started last year November. I heard from a senior that associates do not get annual bonuses but may get contribution margin bonuses. Can anyone tell me more about this? Or maybe how it works in other B4s?

What your senior told you is correct. The contribution bonuses are still pretty good so long as you are a high performer you should be fine as far as being on equal ground with your peers at other firms.
