2 Recruiting Question's For Internships

I had a successful interview with one of the big 4 and was invited to the second round a few days later.The only thing is that it is for my second office location. Will I still be considered for my first choice or should I take the invite to the other office as a rejection from the other?

Also, I did not get an interview for one of the big 4 I really wanted a chance with. Will I get another chance to apply, on campus or through their website, sometime throughout the year or has my chance passed? Also, they are coming to my campus tomorrow, is there a way to approach them somehow to get another shot. My resume looks pretty good and I really am not sure why I did not get considered.
