I hope this review course suits your study needs well, and you’re able to stay on track and study and build your confidence and preparation for this exam. Yikes, I would not know how to handle myself if I was in a situation like that. I would be beyond frustrated and demotivated, but I’m glad you’re still pushing. Here’s to hoping you can get a seat!September 16, 2020 at 2:32 am #3105374IvyParticipant
Hey @monikernc, Thank you so much!! And I’ll remember your words while studying audit. Thanks again 🙂September 16, 2020 at 9:06 am #3105485September 19, 2020 at 6:41 pm #3108299
I just took my FAR retake.
Felt like everything was going awesome in the first 3 TSBs.
I studied for at least 250hours for the retake. Got 75 or better on all the Becker practice exams. And never saw a question like this… 🙁
I’m so over this.September 19, 2020 at 7:45 pm #3108326
Vanquished you cannot disclose such details of your exam. I hope you passed.September 19, 2020 at 8:08 pm #3108356
Which details?September 19, 2020 at 8:50 pm #3108398sdollen64Participant
As part of signing in for the test, you read and check a box stating you agree to the rules which are specific about non disclosure of what is on the exam.
I think it’s pushing the envelope to even say that you had 3 NFP and 2 Cashflow Sims, etc. but it is definitely against the disclosure rules to get as specific as you did regarding the cash 2 accrual sim like you did.
Disclosure around the exam, along with cheating, is the reason for the TSA like check-ins with them checking your pockets, glasses to make sure no recording device/camera, etc.
Hope you passed!September 19, 2020 at 8:57 pm #3108407
How do I delete it?September 19, 2020 at 9:05 pm #3108413sdollen64Participant
Probably need to email Jeff and ask him to delete it.September 19, 2020 at 9:36 pm #3108443
I dont even know how to find his email or any way to contact via the site.
I didn’t think that broke the rules. Wish I could just delete or edit it, not sure why thats not an option!September 19, 2020 at 10:04 pm #3108494
It did break the rules. Page 48 of the Candidate Bulletin displays what you agreed to when you took the exam. You also attest that you have read the bulletin when you request your NTS.September 19, 2020 at 10:17 pm #3108506
I’ve sent an email.
I read the page you sent. I’m still not sure that’s specific enough to be a violation but it should still be removed.
I find it interesting that they would care (obviously specific questions would be one thing) because this test was totally different from the other test I took. Not like anyone could do anything with that information. lol
Appreciate your help.September 19, 2020 at 10:19 pm #3108509
You really want to find out?September 19, 2020 at 10:20 pm #3108512
No, certainly not lol.
I wish I could have deleted it. Would have been gone by now lolSeptember 19, 2020 at 10:21 pm #3108515Jeff Elliott, CPAKeymaster
