NINJA Question –

I remember when I was in high school my math teacher told us to always rewrite our notes, and rewrite them again, and that it would just remain in our brain that way.. I was young and stupid back then so I never took him up on it. I bought your ninja notes and there it was that advice again…wow is it the best advice! It is the ONLY reason I passed any of these exams. The MCQ help tremendously, wiley is wonderful (for the most part), but your ninja notes are such a great way to review and rewrite. I don’t think anyone should take their exam if they don’t leave enough time to rewrite their notes or the ninja notes.

I found out I passed FAR last night, and I never in my life thought I could pass it.. I truly thought I was too stupid to pass FAR. The others were do able (in my opinion) but FAR was real.. it was accounting, and I just thought I was too dumb OR NEVER going to comprehend all the material. WELLLLL I did it, and all the mental breakdowns, dramatic prayers to God, and the studying, it was all worth it.

I know this sounds soooo crazy, but even looking back I am glad I failed some sections, it taught me so much about myself. I learned I don’t give up, I always thought when the going gets tough.. I walk away. I bounced back every time, even with tears I didn’t let myself quit.. I do have another, but if history is any indication, my trending score, and 2 week review time, that I’m not even worried about passing it.

I truly feel like I am done, FAR makes me feel like I can do anything in this field. OKAYYYY I had to do this post, I’ve just been crying all day from the shock that it is done and that i have one more and that one more is going really well study wise.

I know I have one more, but passing FAR is and always will be my biggest educational accomplishment.

to the OP –weren't you the one that was studying like 7 hours a day for several weeks ? Not to sound mean, but I think anyone could pass if the devote that much time to any one part.

Contrats though! I hear FAR is difficult.

How would you compare AUD to FAR? I am studying for AUD right now after finishing BEC and FAR and seem to think the material is very different because of the lack of math. Did you find it easier to learn? Did you have prior experience in auditing in real life? I also struggled with FAR so I want to know what your opinion is on the difference / any tips?

Guitar man, AUD was the first one I attempted and for some reason I didn't struggle with it. The sims were very easy to me and the questions seemed straight forward, I may have been blessed with an easier exam but I really enjoyed studying for auditing because the concepts were easy to nenorize and understand.. I've never audited or been in auditing, but I've always wanted to do it, so maybe I was excited to learn it?

FAR wasn't hard for me but remembered everything was a lot. Every section made sense because I've been a staff accountant for a few years, so I've seen some version of what I was learning, It just got to be too much info though.. so I think FAR is called the beast because of the amount of Info not the hardness of it. It's accounting, it makes sense to us. What really helped me isn't ninja MCQ. Everytime I finished a topic I went Tom the MCQ's and didn't a round of that those. IF somethin didn't make sense I obviously went back and read the book.

If you take FAR and apply it to real life as much as possible it will help. Especially sims.

Truly truly use the MCQ ninja, and know government like it's your life, it will save you!!

I used Siri to write this cause I can't use my hands write now so if it doesn't make sense I'm sorry!

Bump, because I have similar feelings as the OP and I'm still on cloud nine (and am in disbelief) that I passed FAR and am done with the CPA exam.

It feels weird not to be listening to the FAR NINJA audio on my drive to work anymore.
